“ Pleasantly surprised when I walked in and saw the array of delicious, rustic looking pastries. They had lots of different croissants, muffins, cookies, and other pastries to choose from, all looked lovely and homemade. The strawberry cream cheese one was amazing heated up. This shop also whips up a quality latte. Plenty of seating inside and out! ”
“ My fiance and I grabbed breakfast here and it was really good. They had a much larger menu than I was expecting for the size of the place. If you're looking for a bite to eat and a coffee before hitting the slopes, this is a great spot. We also had the tiramisu coffee and it was sooooo good. ”
“ Loved it. Such a cute spot! The interior was totally unexpected as was the deliciousness of the elderberry croissant. We recently went to France and lemme tell ya, they ain’t got no elderberry croissants. They baristas were great and so helpful and friendly and it was all a clean as could be. Def will go back and really can’t figure how we’ve never been here before! Husband and I are trying vanilla lattes everywhere around the globe that we can find them and comparing. From worldwide chains to local carts. We love it! These were okey dokey! ”
“ We were originally drawn in because we read that they are the home of the 4 Irish Coffee, and now this is our go-to breakfast spot at the mountain. The unit itself is very small and gets VERY crowded. There is a small bar and a room with tables in the back, but people also crowd around to wait for their to-go orders. We love their burritos! If you have time, and can find a table, I suggest ordering the burrito smothered, but if you're on the go, it's just not feasible. The food is always HOT and gives you a great base for a long day of riding. Their spicy salsa is very thin and runny, but tastes amazing! Their famous 4 Irish Coffee is hot, strong and nicely topped with whipped cream and sprinkles! I would highly recommend this place! Original Yelp review 3/14/2021 ”
“ Lovely place for breakfast. Found this place and decided to chill here. Liked the drinks, the bagel sandwiches, atmosphere, the music, and friendliness of the staff here! The sausage egg and cheese sandwiches were absolutely delicious. It was also well located in the village was well. Worth a stop! ”
“ Sometimes, I have to wake up at 5:30 a.m. to avoid the traffic from Denver to Keystone, and I don’t mind it at all. I usually arrive in Keystone around seven, right when Inxpot opens. The staff is always friendly and cheerful, creating a welcoming atmosphere. It’s a great place to hang out and read while waiting for the mountain to open. ”
“ This tiny shack has the best pastries in Colorado! Though pricey, the quality of ingredients here is exceptional and well worth it. They offer a good variety of breakfast items on their menu. Wish they were open later. ”
“ Inxpot offers great food and even better service. There's inside and outside seating, and after a whole day of skiing their cortado tastes the best one can ask for. Their assortment of pastries is great too, with their strawberry & cheese and the apple turnover being excellent. As a plus, they have some books too if one is in the mood for some reading after hitting the slopes. ”
